The BCI Civil Engineering & Stormwater Services Team offers a complete range of engineering services. Our land development experience ranges from single-task design and permitting to multi-discipline design through multiple jurisdictional agencies for residential, commercial and industrial developments. We have extensive experience with recreational and ecological park design, Community Development Block Grants (CDBGs) and municipal service including compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) municipal storm sewer requirements and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) compliance.
Our team can manage your project too! Management services include acting as owner representative for permitting, bidding, contractor selection, construction and project closeout. Our construction engineering and inspection management services provide complete quality control, administration and approval of change orders and payment requests. BCI technicians are certified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in confined space entry and by other nationally recognized testing organizations, assuring clients BCI can offer them the best support available.
