President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Powers joined BCI on March 16, 1981 and was elected to his current position as President and CEO in 1995. He received his B.A. (Geology) degree from Boston University in 1974. Currently Mr. Powers holds a P.G. license in the State of Florida and is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG) by the American Institute of Professional Geologists. Currently, Mr. Powers serves as Council Member and Secretary of the Harris Lakes Restoration Council and is Member at Large on the American Geological Institute Executive Committee, representing 44 geological professional societies and over 100,000 geoscientists.

Walter R. Reigner, PE, CPESC
Executive Vice President
Mr. Reigner joined BCI on January 1, 1986 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2001. He received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida and is finishing the thesis element of his M.S. degree. Walt also has an A.S. in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College. Mr. Reigner holds a P.E. license in the State of Florida and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control. Wendy Lee
Chief Financial Officer & Vice President Finance
Ms. Lee joined BCI on August 30, 1999. She has over 15 years of experience in Accounting for the Engineering Consulting Industry. Ms. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant and received her B.S. from the University of South Florida.

Mark B. Sweatman,CPG
Vice President Midwest Region
Mr. Sweatman is the Vice President of the Midwest Region of BCI and oversees our Howell, Michigan office. He has extensive experience in a broad spectrum of environmental and regulatory compliance issues. Having completed hundreds of projects throughout the state of Michigan, Mr. Sweatman has acquired first-hand knowledge and experience in working with the various regulatory agencies.
