Scope
BCI is providing complete civil design and permitting for a 50 acre industrial park located in Haines City FL. The mini park is part of a larger industrial/commercial center known as the CR 544/SR17 Commerce Park. The park provides rail access and involves compliance with the City's new land development code. All utilities, landscaping, and stormwater management facilities were master planned for the park. The project incorporates two additional industrial businesses and includes commercial lots fronting on CR 544.
In addition, we are working with Cox Lumber on a new industrial site in Tampa, Florida. The engineering for this site involves wetland impacts, relocation of an existing stream, and various easement vacates. BCI is responsible for all aspects of these projects including concept design, rezoning, final design, plans preparation, and regulatory permitting.
