Scope

BCI has been a master engineer for Home Depot since 1990. We have performed comprehensive site design and environmental evaluations. The sites have varied in technical and environmental challenges including onsite wetlands, potential hazardous wastes, and threatened and endangered species.

Tasks performed include site planning and conceptual site layout, traffic flow patterns and access management, land use evaluations and rezoning, site design and permitting, and construction management. BCI has also been responsible for maintenance and monitoring of constructed wetland areas and inspection and recertification of stormwater treatment ponds.
