Scope

BCI is currently providing construction administration support to Lennar Communities in the development of Creekside Subdivision. The subdivision is  approximately 116 acres with a planned 188 housing units. The entire southeast portion of the site is a designated wetland area, which is being incorporated into a nature trail on the perimeter of the upland area of the site.

BCI’s services at Creekside include:

Permit Processing:
BCI prepared and submitted ownership transfer requests and notice of construction commencement letters to all regulatory agencies. BCI representatives attended all meetings related to permit and regulatory compliance and provided all necessary documentation to regulatory agencies.

Final Cost Estimates, Construction Specifications and Bid Documents:
BCI prepared technical specifications and quantity estimates as required.

Project Platting:
The survey subconsultant prepared plats with all required exhibits, documents and field survey work. BCI was responsible for preparation of technical support documents and a detailed address plan for the community.

Construction Contract Administration:
As part of the construction administration support, BCI provided weekly inspection of the construction activities; coordination with all utility companies and cable TV; reviewed shop drawings, contractor’s change order requests, and contractor’s pay requests; and managed coordination of soil and materials, water system pressure and bacteriological testing.
