civil5.jpgAs industrial development continues world-wide, it is important to secure a civil engineering team skilled at solving complex problems created by fast-paced development and increasingly stringent regulatory requirements and land development codes.

The BCI Civil Engineering & Stormwater Services Team offers a complete range of engineering services. Our land development experience ranges from single-task design and permitting to multi-discipline design through multiple jurisdictional agencies for residential, commercial and industrial developments. We have extensive experience with recreational and ecological park design, Community Development Block Grants (CDBGs) and municipal service including compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) municipal storm sewer requirements and Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) compliance. Our talented team knows community revitalization projects: water distribution, wastewater collection, traffic efficiency, pedestrian movement, aesthetics and stormwater retrofit for water quality improvements.
