BCI performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for First National Bank at a commercial property in Flint, Michigan. BCI performed the site inspection to determine whether site conditions and/or surrounding sites possessed potential environmental liabilities, assessed potential issues related to adjacent properties, and determined if these issues would adversely impact the subject properties.

In June 2005, BCI was retained by Hygeia Health & Safety Services, Inc. to conduct a Phase I Environmental Assessment (ESA) of the Purada Processing, LLC property in Lakeland, Florida. The site is located in an industrial area and is operated as a facility for the manufacture of biodiesel fuel and associated by-products.

In 2006, BCI was retained by the American Lokring Corporation to conduct Phase I and II Environmental Assessments (ESAs) of the Environmental Accessories property, which was formerly operated as a storage and non-transport facility for hazardous materials associated with an environmental remediation business. The assessment was completed in accordance with applicable ASTM Standards (E1528-05, E1903-97(2003)).
