Scope
BCI was selected as the designated Engineer of Record for implementation of an infrastructure redevelopment and revitalization plan for Eloise, Florida, an unincorporated community. Improvements for the community included more than five miles of new water and sewer main lines and road reconstruction with associated drainage improvements.
Specific project tasks included:
