Scope

BCI was selected as the designated Engineer of Record for implementation of an infrastructure redevelopment and revitalization plan for Eloise, Florida, an unincorporated community. Improvements for the community included more than five miles of new water and sewer main lines and road reconstruction with associated drainage improvements.


Specific project tasks included:

• Field survey data collection and aerial photography
• Traffic studies and right-of-way mapping
• Wetland and environmental assessments
• Geotechnical investigations
• Roadway, drainage, and potable water/fire system design
• Site design/development for community center
• Permitting and regulatory agency/utility coordination
• Cost construction estimate development
