Lakeland, FL – July 9, 2007 – BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. is proud to congratulate Perry Jennings and Tolga Ozer on their latest achievement!  Both BCI team members recently earned their Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. 

Tolga is a Geotechnical Engineer in BCI’s corporate office in Lakeland.  He has been employed with BCI since May 31, 2005.  Perry is based in BCI’s Palm Bay location, where he is a team member for continuing services to the St. Johns River Water Management District.  He has been employed with BCI since May 1, 2006.  This great accomplishment adds to the expertise BCI has to offer its clients. BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. is a multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm.
