Lakeland, FL – July 16, 2007 – BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. has recently expanded its structural engineering services.  BCI is proud to welcome David Pearce, PE; Jon Williams, EI; John Newton, CAD and Lynda Lasseter, Administrative Professional as full-time employees.  David Pearce, PE, formerly of Winslow Pearce, has more than 40 years experience as a professional engineer.  His background includes industrial, commercial and residential development projects in 10 states.
