Jupiter, FL – August 27, 2007 – BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. is pleased to recognize Brian Sparks for 5 years of outstanding service to the organization and its clients.  Brian works in the Environmental Group, serving the St. Johns River Water Management District from their Palatka, FL office.  He is a Programmer / Data Manager and has worked on the SJRWMD contract for the Upper Ocklawaha River Basin Program since joining BCI in 2002.  Brian was presented with a plaque for his service by his manager, Gene Medley.
