BCI has been working with the City of Lakeland’s Parks and Recreation Division for nearly 20 years. In this capacity, engineering support to the city has been provided as needed for a variety of projects.

BCI’s services have included civil design, permitting, structural design, geotechnical evaluation, construction administration, etc.

For most engagements, BCI works hand-in-hand with one of the City’s landscape architects such as Glatting Jackson or Hardeman Kempton.
