BCI Engineers and Scientists

BCI provided stormwater facility inspection and maintenance services for several basins in Seminole County. These included approximately 300 stormwater facilities located in the Little Wekiva Basin, the Little Lake Howell Basin, and the Howell Creek Basin.

BCI developed electronic facility-specific inspection forms, conducted stormwater facility inspections, populated the stormwater database with field data, developed maintenance work orders and report summaries, and provided follow-up for prioritization of maintenance based on anticipated pollutant load reduction benefits.
